ART FUNDAMENTAL CLASSES
Art Fundamental Classes:
During the summer certain art schools and Universities offer Introduction, or Art Fundamental courses. These generally cost a fair amount of money and run for a few weeks. There should be no prerequisite to take these courses. These types of courses are designed to build basic fundamental skills in drawing, colour, composition and usually painting and sculpture. The objective of these courses is to build your fundamental skills up to a first year entry level. If you feel that you don’t have an adequate skill level these courses are a great way develop these skills. Consider taking this type of course at the school you’re interested in attending, it may assist you in getting your foot in the door. Many summer programs also offer housing.
